Colonel McClain has dedicated his life to protect and serve the citizens of San Andreas. John McClain grew up in Vice city where he saw his community riddled with crime. He swore to himself that he’d make a difference in his community. After moving to San Andreas at the age of fourteen he developed an affinity with the San Andreas Highway Patrol. He loved the black and whites, the tan uniforms and the cop stashes. He quickly made it his plan to one day lead the SAHP. He achieved that goal in 2024 after a long career climbing the ranks and serving in almost every position imaginable within SAHP. He now leads SAHP with distinction, professionalism and expert leadership.
